Recent improvements have been made to the Sierra View Apartments and these improvements are the work of the current manager.
Such improvements include better lighting, and maintenance.
The noise level coming from some residents is often unacceptable.
Especially those residents with children.

We do have children in this world and I think your just and old crab. Where do you expect the kids to play, in the street? This is a small complex and you obviously new the kids were here before you moved in. If you don't like kids then move. All my children are moved out of my house and I miss kids. I love kids being here.
