When I first moved here, it was very peaceful and quiet.
Now there are noisy kids running around.
They have no decency and often play outside, hitting the tenants cars with balls and setting off car alarms.
Not to mention the amount of screaming they do.
The bouncing of the balls also reverberates in the concrete and can be heard withing the apartments.
Living in a downstairs apartment is a disadvantage because you can hear everything that goes on upstairs and the interior walls are too thin.
Probably a result of poor insulation.
Also ceilings have signs of previous water leaks from upstairs.
I don't personally like living here because it is not peaceful.
It it were more calm and aesthetically pleasing, then I wouldn't mind calling this place home.
But I have to make due for now.
