This apartment complex was one managerial disaster after another. The units were in terrible disrepair and no one cared enough to change anything beyond minor cosmetic stuff. Plenty of pretty flowers planted outside, while the wiring inside was a fire hazard. Management is self-serving and dishonest. Renter beware.

This apartment complex is better than some. They except Section 8, low income housing. For the money this is a "GREAT" place to live. They have rules and problems just like any other complex. I've looked around for years and this place is 90% better than I've seen any where else. It's clean and they do repairs as soon as you tell them there is a problem.
