Great management/kid friendly I have lived here for 4 years now and love it. Its a great family place and the location is ideal since its near shopping centers. My kids love using the pool and its really kid friendly. The management does listen to any problems and do their best to solve them.

Bad Apartments I agree with the lady about the owner hiring a thief. I moved out 2 weeks after she was hired, THANK GOD.. The tenants at Sierra View need to all stick together and do something to protect there rights.. If all you tenants need help you can contact me at norma.adams94@yahoo.com

Awful This apartment complex was one managerial disaster after another. The units were in terrible disrepair and no one cared enough to change anything beyond minor cosmetic stuff. Plenty of pretty flowers planted outside, while the wiring inside was a fire hazard. Management is self-serving

Comfortable I have lived here for years and Sierra View is nicer now then it has been in years. It is up kept very well by the new manager. Repairs are done quickly and right the first time. Yes there are alot of kids playing outside. But there is a 9:00 cufew and it is very quiet after that.
