ok except for the brats High rent but nice area. one thing is the bratty out of control asian kids. wtf? keep those brats in the house or teach them to be respectful of other people's privacy. some of these people have six kids in a 1 bedroom and they leave their laundry hanging on the balcony

Beware!!! on the apartment service Eventhough the apt is in a good neighbourhood, the service inside the apt is not that great. Lots of theft happened in last few years. Security is no good.

The great place I have lived here at Cerritos Home for 2 years. Everything is great except the rent which would increase everytime you decide to continue the contract. The good thing of this place is the parking. There are a lot of parking for your family and guest inside the gate.

Loved living here I lived at Cerritos Apartments for over a year. I loved living there. The apartments where nice, the staff was great and we were close to everything. The only reason I moved was due to a job transfer. I would recomend Cerritos Apartments to everyone!

Worst place I've ever lived. Rent is high, you pay for the area.
I've been here for almost a year and can't wait to move.
They upgraded the apartments and installed Verizon fios, construction took months, water was shut off unannounced and assigned parking was blocked off
