-No dishwasher, old windows & doors, old cabinet, bedbugs, ants, spider, dirty kitchens

Good place to raise kids We lived there for 4 years. The apartment is ok for the cost. It is the cheapest apartment in cerritos with lot of greenery around. Kids will have a blast here as they can play around. Neighbours are very good and tolarant. Home school is not that great but ABC unified

ok except for the brats High rent but nice area. one thing is the bratty out of control asian kids. wtf? keep those brats in the house or teach them to be respectful of other people's privacy. some of these people have six kids in a 1 bedroom and they leave their laundry hanging on the balcony
