Great building, shaky managemet

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
My family has lived here 1 year we've had 5 property managers. I love the building. Many senior citizens who are very nice.
Parking garage is secure. Somewhat secluded location on the edge of Chatsworth and West Hills.
