New Manager Needed. . . badly

I've lived here for a year...it sucked. Thin walls, very noisey floors (if you live downstairs you can hear where the guy upstairs is and can hear everything, if you live upstairs you hear the floor beneathe your feet crack) constinately banging on walls and ceiling to quite my neighbors, parents let their kids scream in the courtyards with no consideration of others at all, and no help from management. If you dont smoke you'll will if your neighbor does. No real security to speak of, cars broken into, just a matter of time before the units as well. Not much of a kitchen to speak of, very cramped...better eat out alot. Floorplans are ok as was closet space. The grounds were kept up nice, the maintenance staff was awesome. The management was clueless, complaints fell on deaf ears and will rent the units to anybody and that is a receipe for more problems. Management just not that bright. They really need to rebuild these units, I dont mean tear them down, just replace all the floors on the 2nd floor, rip out the drywall and repack the walls with a more sound-proof material (and extra insulation, A/C runs all day in summer), then put in a proper Manager who will be more selective of tenants and have more discipline with the tenants in reguards to parking in their own parking spaces, keeping the noise down so to keep the peace.
