Noisy Building / Unprofessional Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/7/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have lived in this bulding for long time and have to admit this building has the thinnest walls possible. The building is noisy and no amount of complaining can make the management do anything. The only thing management is good at is increasing rents every year. Maintainance issues can take months. The central AC units sit on the roof, so if you live on 3rd floor you will hear the humming sound 24/7.
