I've lived at Villa del Sol for a few years, and it's a great place, my apartment is not located at the front of the property so the High School band doesn't affect me. The only problem is getting out the parking lot in the mornings due to high traffic on De Soto. Other than that, it's quiet, parking is never a problem & maintenance issues are taken care of timely. The staff here truly cares about their residents and if you don't believe me, visit their website for proof... "www.myspace.com/villadelsol1".

Hello management!!! Thanks for your generic and deceitful post! If that doesn't sound like a sales pitch, then I don't know what does. No tenant living at Villa Del Sol would ever post something like this. Check with your tenants, mgmt....we all HATE it at your wonderful complex!! By the way, getting out of the driveway is no problem at all, it's everything else that is the problem....
