Looks are deceiving. - I have to admit some of the female staff need to take professionalism class. When I moved in, the carpets had just been cleaned but since it's a very light carpet there is no way that you can keep it clean even if you take your shoes off before stepping on the carpet. So plan on having foul-looking dirty carpets after three days even if you don't have pets. My PG&E is out of control ...Full review of Eaton Village

Will glad to be moving... - This apartment is atrocious. The management is uncooperative, and took a month to fix our a/c during the period of time that the temperature was climbing during the early part of 2009. They have no surveillance on the parking lot, allowing one of the tenants' cars to be vandalized, knocking out both front and back windshields, both of which are very expensive repairs. They ...Full review of Autumn Creek Apartments

this place is a joke! - this place is such a joke. the only good thing about it is the location other than that it sucks. the people who live here cant park their cars, you can never find parking, and they put you on a waiting list for the covered parking and you'll never get one. ive been here almost a year-trapped by a lease- and still dont have a assigned spot. and when people do have an assigned spot ...Full review of Huntington Apartments

This place SUCKS - My boyfriend lived here for 6 months, cheap, small, and dirty. In the center of the complex is okay, but when I was about to have our baby we moved in together and got another apartment at the same complex, but on the sides of the apartment, not near the section 8 people. We lived in little mexico, not to sound racist. They had loud mariachi music at the crack of ...Full review of TransPacific Gardens

Maybe Getting Better - The whole complex is being renovated and that is a good thing. Lots of improvements over the past few months-all buildings have been painted, new roof, parking lot repaved. The renovated units look great. I moved in last year when there was on-site management and I have to say it was nice. There have been a couple times when some parties/noise have gotten a little out of hand. ...Full review of Creekview Condominiums

DO NOT LIVE HERE - They have horrible work ethics. They say one thing and then take it back later. When asked for the paperwork to do something properly I was told it was not necessary and then they took back their word on what they said. They try to take students for everything they have! There moveout guide is outragous and go against renters rights. They expect you to get the apartment ready for the next group ...Full review of Gateway Apartments

You may wish to pick another complex if you prefer service. - Owner routinely fails to pay complex utilities. Complex PG&E disconnected, caused all units to be without hot water or night lights. Lots of unlicensed wrecks in the parking lot, no place to park. Pool is a dandy shade of jade. ...Full review of Woodside Garden Apartments

Love this place! - This is my second year living here and i love it! Close enough to campus but off the beaten track. Has TWO BATHROOMS! so you don't have to share. Awesome layout, very spacious and bedrooms are really big which is awesome cuz i have a queen bed and lots of other bedroom furniture. Not the newest apartments but it has character! Managers are a sweet young couple and maintenance is quick to ...Full review of The Franciscan Apartment

Skip On-Campus! - Craig Hall is an off-campus dormitory complex that houses about 800 kids. Even though you are off-campus, you still get the "dorm experience". It's pretty much all Chico State freshmen, even though there are also some Butte students there. Food is good (definitely better than the cafeteria on campus) and they let you eat at restaurants, staff is really nice, and the ...Full review of Craig Hall Complex
