Having lived in several different apartment complexes in Chico over the years, I would throroughly recommend anybody to move here. I've been here almost two years and have nothing but praise for both the accomodation and the staff. Having spoken to several other residents, I'm told the current manager and her husband arrived here just before I did and, since her arrival, there has been vast improvements to the grounds, maintenance request responses and to the on site facilities. The area is quite and the other residents very friendly.
