	i loved this apartment. While I no longer reside there, the grounds were beautiful, the staff freindly and competant, and I found my apartment to be very spacious. Very best complex in chico.

	The only qualms I have with this apartment complex is a) the outlet fixtures don't hold plugs well and the managers, who know about it because it's "like that in every apartment" recommend bending the prongs on plugs to make ... more
