Just wanted to tell everybody that I lived in Chico for about 7 years and this was the best place I lived. The Management was wonderful and very nice (especially Wendy) and the people around the complex were always a pleasure to deal with. I would move back there in a minute if my wife and I still lived in Chico. We both have nothing but good things to say about Eastwood Court. One of our neighbors was loud and the management always dealt with it in a kind and courteous manner.
