Eaton Village, might as well be owned by The Red Cross From: Chicoguy72 Date posted: 10/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have done a lot of homework on Eaton Village and found that the only people getting these insanely high deposits back are friends of management. Listen, they will take your money and they CAN get away with it. Read between the lines, and look at the comments from everyone. Some of the comments in favor of Eaton Village are so phony that it tries to insult people by thinking that they can't see it is something obviously written by a member of their management.
