The owners live in the bay area so they are quick to raise the rent to the standards of the Bay.they lie to new renters that the upstairs aptments are the same as the downstairs in rent cost but they are not, and you will have to pay water seperatly when the older residents do not have to pay for the extra cost. We now have a new manager but she is an idot and will tell you anything to get you to leave but if the owners show up, which they do once a month randomly, and you have something like more then 1 plant outside your door you get a notice of removal or get fined. They threw out my plant and didn't even tell me before i could remove it! It is pet friendly but if management thinks your animal is the culprit of poop surprises you will get fined 25 dollars. expect a month to get your problem fixed and don't get locked out during office hours because the sign might state they are open during that time but they aren't ever! And if you plan on soicalizing with negihbors dont they regulate that as well.
