Good for college partyers!

Nord Garden is smack in the middle of college town. It is exactly as it sounds, college oriented. People are constantly partying and being college students. The nice thing is that you have safeway near by, starbucks, burgerhut and walgreens at a 5 minute walks length. People are friendly cuz they are drunk most of the time. But it is not as bad as downtown sacramento where you will have homeless and dirtbags asking you for money or cigarettes!

This is not nord gardens in the picture, go to their website nordgardens.com, its a ------ ass biulding. ALSO, we were robbed numerous times and so were all our neighbors and nord gardens did nothing! We were robbed even when we were home!!!!! scary
