Don't Rent Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The manager is a psycho, very anal and will YELL at you over everything. She does not know how to handle things diplomatically. Also, she likes to tell other residents all about your personal lives. My first conversation with her, she told me very intimate details about other residents that I did not want to know, it was very uncomfortable. Furthermore the managing company RSC is not very helpful at all. They do not return phone calls, do not send maintenance on time, and the receptionist appeared to be drunk when I went to their office. VERY unprofessional atmosphere. It's a shame because this apartment is decent for Chico, My only complaint about the actual apartment is the lack of laundry.
