My apartment is light, spacious and has plenty of storage. It's amazingly quiet and I wake up to birdsong. The Management staff are wonderful; friendly, efficient and well organized. If a repair is needed, it's done very quickly. I can hear the people who live above me but the construction seems to be good and there is no intolerable noise from neighbors.
