I have lived in the Woodshire Apartments from Summer 2007 to present (March 2008). The apartments themselves are pretty nice. Carpet was cleaned when we moved in and fresh paint was on the walls. Washer, dryer, dishwasher all included and work fine. The rooms are very nice sizes, especially the master bedroom, which is mine :) The complex itself is kept pretty clean by the manager. Woodshire is a pretty quiet complex, though my roommates and I have gotten in trouble with the manager on a few occasions for having our music/voices too loud. The manager is pretty laid back, but his only beef is with noise and complaints from neighbors. Complex is pretty well lit at night. One of my only complaints about this complex is the parking!! The layout of the complex is pretty tight so each apartment is restricted to either 1 or 2 parking spots (2 or 3 if you include the garage). I am currently paying $320/month for rent with 3 other roommates (we all have our own rooms). Rent is expected to go up to $337 this summer though. Hope this review helped!
