Rent too expensive for what it's worth From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   We lived there a year and a half and the rent went up from 925 to 1065 which is why we didn't renew our lease. Management is nice, the grounds are clean, parking is a nightmare, cats are everywhere. When we moved out, the place was cleaner than when we moved in! The maintenance men do sloppy work when it comes to new tenents moving in. Chino PD patrols nightly which is comforting.
