Looks can be decieving! From: vpomona Date posted: 3/5/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   Manager is good at maintaining property, but lacks dearly when it comes to people skills. Count on rent increases yearly. Water has plenty of pressure, but takes forever to get warm. There are No pets allowed on the property, not even if your sister comes to visit on Sunday afternoon and brings her beloved dog. Of Course, this rule only applies to tennants. Managers can have pets if they want! Apartments are very noisy. Children that are not potty trained can not use the pool, even though they are outfitted in Huggies, swim pant.
