First of all the rent for a place like this is ridiculus. $1300 for a 2 bed/ 1 bath. You sign a 6 month lease to lock in a rate and at the end of your lease your rent will get raised about $50 more a month. They over charge for an apartment like this. Parking is terrible here. If you don't get in the complex by 5 PM, you're parking far from your apartment. The grounds here look horrible. Because they put some seed on the ground for winter, they think they don't have to cut the grass for 5 weeks. The grass is extremely long and looks like trash. Management here doesn't seem to care about anything. As long as they make their money, they are happy. That's why I'm leaving this place asap.
