Nice, Quiet and Relaxing From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This apartment complex is very quiet. I have been here for 8 months and I am amazed at how quiet it really is. The location is convenient also. The apartments are very spacious compared to other 1 bedrooms. We have has some problems however. Our air conditioning unit didn't work and it took a while for it to be fixed, but we ended up with a brand new ac unit! As for the inside of our place, no complaints. We moved in after a family who lived in the unit for 5 years, so everything was replaced and new when we moved in. The apartments are pricy but the peace of mind of being in a small complex where things are always quiet it worth the money. The gate situation is a small nuisannce (as sometimes the gate closest to central doesn't want to open), but no one in their right mind would sit at a gate for 15 minutes trying to get out when the gate on the other side works fine for EVERYONE!! The manager is very friendly, but I agree she is hard to get in touch with at times. All in all, I think this is a great place to live.
