this place is horrible. My lease is up next month and i CANT WAIT to get out! During the one yr i lived here, there were probably more than 10 drug busts in the complex, lots of ppl getting evicted, etc. The apartment had a termite problem which i had to endure termites coming out next to my bed for THREE months before they sprayed the apartment. The maintnance ppl are inefficient and often just simply could not fix ANYTHING! my AC had problems ALL year. On top of that, the apartment is very poorly built - aka bad insulation, like an oven in the summer. MMMM lets see... wut else....they changed at least 5 manangement companies over the year because no one could manage the apartment properly. Oh! and the ghetto ppl who live her also mess with your cars parked in the lot. The "security" personal never actually keep the place secure. Anyway, this place is a DUMP, dont be tempted by the low price. It is not worth it.
