I have lived in this apartment complex for two years and it has been the most stressful two years of my life. During our first month living here we encountered cockroaches! We were fumigated about 5 times and the bugs still came back. Then when the entire complex was fumigated we were only given two days notice to leave the premises. We underwent several management company changes because no one could maintain good order at this place. With every new management company came new rules, more costs and unfriendly managers. When we decided to leave the apartment we did not hear word of our deposit and then a month later we found out that we would not receive anything back. The apartment made us pay for the normal wear and tear of the apartment. We paid for them to clean the carpets, paint, clean, walls, doors, windows, refrigerator range, oven and electrical fixtures. They even made us pay to have someone clean the dust off the ceiling fan! This is all considered āNormal Wear and Tearā!!! Make sure you read the fine print before you sign the lease! They are going to try to get as much money out of you as possible. There were also continual drug problems at this complex and the police were there almost every weak. The noise is also a huge problem here and there are a few dozen stray cats roaming the area. We are so happy we left this place and do not wish the stress and discomfort of living her upon anyone else. Please listen to the reviews and donāt risk living here it is not worth it!
