When we first moved in over 2 years ago it was a great place. Management was very nice, the grounds were clean and in good repair and everyone felt like a family. Since then the property has been sold 2-3 times, there have been 5 or 6 management companies that have come and gone. The current manager, Tammy, is terrible. She is on a HUGE power-trip. She has NO customer service skills and treats everyone like they are beneath her. Maintenance is a joke. There is one person trying to do all the maintenance for every apartment. If you need something fixed you have to go above the resident manager to the regional manager.

I suggest anyone thinking of renting here to find another place to live.
