Finally!!!!!!!! From: nt2bzy4u@yahoo.com Date posted: 3/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   Finally a brand new management team who knows what they are doing. I placed a work order Saturday morning and by noon it had already been fixed. Ruben was very polite and his customer service was excellent. Shannon was also very nice as well. I am a happy resident now that they are here..Finally a staff that knows what they are doing!!! Another thing they are finally open on the weekends and Ruben is always there..and they seem like they really do care about the property and us residents. One more thing,...Ruben is really HOT!! Stop by and see for yourself..Copperwood and Ruben!!..I wont be moving out any time soon
