Almost hate to be leaving

The current management group has been here about a year, now, and has been really great. We've never had to wait more than a week to have anything minor fixed (light switches, air conditioning in May), and anything major (plumbing problem, they even replaced some carpet and padding) has been resolved the same day, very quickly.

We've felt safe the whole time we've been here.

During last summer there was a lot of noise at night, which was bad, and the security group was extremely slow to respond, if they even bothered. There hasn't been any disturbing noise this summer.

All toilets and showers were replaced by the new management company with water conserving models. Some units now offer washers and dryers in the units. (They're stacked and take up the space of the front closet.)

The area's great, very walkable. We love it, but are moving out within the next couple of months to get into a house with mortgage payments similar to our current rent. It's really come a long way in two years.
