From the outside the Enclave presents itself well (the grounds are kept nice, things are freshly painted, etc...). However, some of the people who live here are jerks. They knowingly park in your assigned parking space and then look all stupid when their car gets towed off. I don't whether their problem is that they are illiterate, they are blind (in which case they should not be driving), or they are just plain jerks. It's really not worth all the money due to these jerks. The "ghetto" people are still here.
