I moved in July 2007, right away a neighbor informed me that after the new owners took over things had become bad. I was completely disappointed in my apartment. It was not ready to move in like they told me. I still have no paint on my baseboards. They gave me paint to paint my own baseboards(I have not opened the container). My dishwasher had no silverware basket. Also you can see bad maintence work trying to patch standard wall damage is very noticable. My fireplace has never worked either. Other than they allow larger dogs I would never refer this apartment complex to anyone. In addition in the month of November I recieved a call from the office. It was an auditor that was there that day going over accounts. I was told I owed money. She said my rent was prorated wrong it looked like I owed $11.00. I was floored that 4 months later I was being harrassed over such a small amount. Also since when do you treat tenants this way. She was rude when I was mad about being contacted about somehting so small and so many months later. After going around with her on the phone for some time it actually ended up that they owed me $7.26. I feel she should of had her facts right before calling me.
