Here's a list of the Bad:
1. There are Spiders everywhere. Inside, outside, you ask them to spray but even when the say they do, there are still spiders everywhere.

2. You have to pay $60 a month in Water, Sewer, Trash. Most places include this, especially at this price point.

3. Our fridge has been broken the entire time we have been here. It leaks water into the fridge and destroyed a bunch of food. It was "fixed" four times over the year, but never replaced.

4. Our shower has a huge crack in the floor, that was never fixed. Two months before my lease was up, I asked if it was every going to be fixed, and they said maybe if we renewed.

5. The garages don't have openers, so if you want one, factor that into your costs.

6. For such a "pet friendly" place, there are not many lit areas to walk your dog at night. Not fun to step in poop or walk into a spider web at night.

7. the light switch in one room never worked.

8. If you get one of the inside, downstairs apartments, you only get natural light for a few hours a day.

The good Stuff:
1. If you're near the front, parking is fine. not so great in the back. only about half of the people park in their garage.

2. They do come out within 24 hours to at least try to fix anything.

3. The Gym & pools are nice.
