Save your money!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   This was without a doubt the WORST apartment experience I have ever had. I haved lived in 4 different states, and this was a joke. You can NEVER find a place to park, and if you ever have a manitenance issue, you might as well fix the problem yourself-it would be quicker that way. I had a shelf come completely out of the wall in the master closet. I reported the problem immediately, and when I moved out 4 months later, the closet STILL had not been repaired, despite weekly phone calls & visits to the office!!! During that time, the shelf in the other bedroom closet came out of the wall as well. To add insult to injury, I requested a walk-through by the manager when I was moving out, and she told me exactly what we needed to do to get the entire deposit back. Her instructions were follwed to the letter, yet we were shorted on our refund anyway!!! My advice to anyone reading this is simple: as ridiculous as rent is in CA anyway, you can get MUCH better for your buck. If you want no hassle parking, and a staff that truly cares about its residents, steer clear of Eagle Canyon.
