When I first visited The Heights, I was impressed by the whole newness and how nice and courteous the leasing agents were. Well, apparently their 'customer service' ended after we signed the lease. Management never, or rarely ever, returns calls, you can't go into the office to talk to anyone because the leasing agents don't know anything. They make you think it's such a nice place and they are very attentive, but apparently that's only a ploy to get you to sign a lease. Be careful and hope that you don't have to complain about/request anything, because you really have to get in management's face to get anything resolved. Also, parking is just adequate for now, but once (or if) all of the apartments around get rented, then there will definitely be a problem.
