Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
Very nice apartments, prices can be a little on the spendy side. You would think you were in OC or something. But I am paying it so it's okay for me. Parking can be a little sticky at times, but we all do have garages to use. The noise is an issue sometimes, really an issue with people who leave pets on balconies all day and night.
Management seems to be on top of everything, maybe a little understaffed but they manage through.
