Portofino Apartments

Great Apartment But Too Expensive... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I'm just about at the end of my one year lease at Portofino and would renew for another year but the rent has gotten ridiculously expensive. I'm sad to leave but I just can't afford it. Other than that, I have truly enjoyed my stay here. The front office staff is very pleasant and nice, the maintenance crew is always fast and willing to work with you, the grounds are well-kept, and the parking situation isn't bad. The parking spots are not as tight as they used to be because they repaved the asphalt making the spots a little bit bigger so you should always be able to find a spot within the gates.
