Fraudulent Advertising Practices From: wdwmgm Date posted: 7/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Twice I found an advertisment on Craigs List for Sterling Downs in Chino Hills California. The add had a very enticing price. Twice I took the print out and twice the same man told me, "no, this isn't us." Then I insisted he read it. Twice he told me, "well that could be a bond unit, but we don't have any of those available." the post was placed the day before I took it to him both times.
