IF YOU PLAN ON RENTING A STUDIO.... From: MELHUNNIEEE Date posted: 11/10/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   DO NOT LIVE HERE! 8 MONTHS AGO MY ROOMMATE & I LIVED IN A STUDIO APARTMENT HERE @ WOODVIEW APARTMENTS. WATERBUGS & RODENTS EVERYWHERE! WE COMPLAINED & COMPLAINED BUT THEY INSISTED THAT WATER BUGS WERE JUST HARMLESS LITTLE CREATURES. ANYWAY, WHENEVER SOMETHING NEEDED TO BE FIXED IT TOOK THEM A WEEK TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. THEY PROMISED THAT WE WOULD GET OUR REFERRAL CHECKS AND 8 MONTHS LATER, STILL NO REFERRAL CHECK! WE GOT TIRED OF LIVING IN A HELL HOLE AND WERE IDIOTS ENOUGH TO SIGN ANOTHER LEASE FOR 6 MONTHS. THIS TIME WE MOVED INTO A ONE BEDROOM BC WE COULDN'T STAND LIVING IN A DUMP ANY LONGER. WELL, OUR NEIGHBOR'S CAR ALARM GOES OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT EVERY DAY AND WAKES US UP. YOU CAN'T GET A DECENT SLEEP DURING THE WEEKDAY BC LEAF BLOWERS THE GARDNERS USE @ 7AM!!! NOT JUST THAT BUT YOU HAVE NEIGHBORS SPYING ON YOU 24/7 AND WILL REPORT ANY STUPID LITTLE THING. BELIEVE THAT! IF YOU'RE SMART DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
