Woodview Apartments

I just moved in and I love it here..... From: workhardlivelife32 Date posted: 3/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I was concerned when I read all of the reviews but it is great here. Some of the reviews I read are horrible, but when I actually went in to look at an apartment in February the staff was so nice. I moved into a downstairs one bedroom and am so glad I did. I went looking at all of the Chino Hills properties and found the staff at Woodview to be so friendly and the most helpful.The other apartments seemed more ghetto to me. Green Valley had trash everywhere and a couple was fighting on there patio. The managers at Portofino dress like they are ready to go to a club and Village Oaks never answer their phone plus I went twice to see them and they were always closed. Luckily the third time they were there, but the wait wasn't worth it, they were't anything special. Anyways, I have a big patio and a huge closet which none of the other apartments had and I have such a nice view.Plus I can get on the freeway easily and I like how it is in a residential neighborhood and the people are all so friendly. I have lived here a month now and haven't had not even one issue with noise. My parking is a little far from my carport but there is a lot of open parking, and they showed me my carport location before I moved in, and let me choose between the different apartment locations.I chose to walk a few feet further to my apartment because of the great view. I have had a couple of things that needed fixed but it was done the same day I requested. I even went to a party that the staff just threw for the residents. It was nice. I don't know what more you could ask for in an apartment or a property staff, they have been great to me. I'm sorry for all of you that have had bad experiences. I guess got lucky and moved in at the perfect time. I think that the owners and managers have changed recently. They told me in the office that they are all new and they really seem to care about their residents. It is nice because the maint guy Bert even remembered my name. I think it is great. I would recommend everyone I know to atleast come and check it out. You night fall in love with the charming atmosphere as I did. Thanks Woodview Staff for all of your help. I think you guys are awesome.
