RENT INCREASED, STAFF IS OKAY, ALOT OF MORE UPDATED APPLIANCES, COULD USE SOME NEW VERTICLES, I HAD LIVED IN BETTER APARTMENTS! CAN'T RELY ON MANAGEMENT!
