Parking space is a joke.

You are allowed 2 spaces, one open and one numbered.

You can hardley ever find a space even though you pay rent.

Nobody helps you, even though the landlords will tell you only 2 allowed within community.

Nobody helps with problems.

Nasty attitude when trying to resolve this problem.

If you have to park your vehicle outside, it could get broken into.

Even if you live at the complex, the apartments will not pay for any damages if you HAVE to park outside.

What a joke.

Guests will park and take up two spaces.

Staff will not do anything about this.

Its hard if you have a nice vehicle.

The noise level I still have problems with.

I live next to thieves and notice them breaking off security devices off a pair of jeans every now and then.

The smell of manure every other day is kinda nasty especially if your windows were down for fresh air....or if your window was left open, sometimes you come home to a house smelling like sheep stuff.
