The complex is okay if you are a starving student or just starting out. They have raised rent on us EVERY 6 months in the past 2 years. The apartment itself is in decent shape but the outlets are all loose. They do try to maintain the grounds but due to the quality of the residents, the complex has a slightly ghetto look to it. Our neighbors don't take care of their gazillion animals and their cats constantly pee on our front door. There are always unsupervised children running around, screaming and playing.
