I move into a roach infested appartment. I called 3 times about it and only on the first complaint did someone come out to put bait out. The other 2 times I was told to let the bait work completley. Debbie is the worst Manager and rudest person I have met. She cares only about revenue and not running a beautiful community. I have rented bigger appartments for cheaper with less problems and hassle. Many car break ins to steal your radio and if you dont clean up the glass on the floor they will charge you $100 after they let it sit there for a week or two.

By your own admission we responded immediately. I'm sorry you feel that I am very rude, I have always responded to your needs even when you asked for the above and beyond. The $100 that was charged to you was for a HUGE oil spill from your vehicle not glass, come on now tell the whole story. Even though, I wish you well and hope you find happiness at your new home.
