since the new managers took over its gone down hill andy the head manager and maint.guy is rude and nasty he thinks hes better then everyone there and talks down to people.

I'm not the least bit surprised. These people are so unprofessional and dishonest. We moved out a few months ago from Revere Village because of our disappointment and disgust of the treatment we received while we lived there and the unsafeness of the neighborhood. When we moved out we had left our apartment in mint condition because we had only rented there for a few months and the apartment looked practically unused and very clean. Divina and her husband decided to only give us $400 back from our $1,000 security deposit??? They tried to deceive us into thinking that they were following management procedure but I'm not stupid. I knew the whole time that they were lying and trying to keep some of the money probably for themselves or for the owners. I feel sorry for anyone that still leaves in Revere Village because not only is the area terrible but the management is absolutely unprofessional and in my opinion untrustworthy. I've heard that they have had to keep kicking managers out almost every year and then they put more and more pathetic managers to take their place that obviously don't know what they're doing and really are giving the apartments a bad name. Don't be surprised if some day you find out that Divina and her husband got fired from management for something they did, too. It's just a matter of time. Who hires these people, anyways??? Must be some crackheads or some people who don't give a ---- about their reputation.
