Nice From: cantwaitforahouse Date posted: 8/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We really like it here. Our neighbors are friendly and the staff is also nice. I feel for what we pay is expensive for what you get. Appliances are in ok working condition, but they are also very old. Basically, everything needs updating. I'm afraid if they update these minor things our rent will increase. If that's the case, we'll move to Chino Hills or Rancho. But overall, it is a very safe and quiet community!!
