I have lived here more than three years and what this person says is so unfair to this property. Our apartment community isn't that large and most parking is close to your apartment. If they are so unhappy, rent a garage for a little more money. This angers me because I've lived at more than 4 different apartment communities before finding Somerset and I couldn't be happier here. I finally found my home!
As far as the dog goes, I too want a dog. But wouldn't you rather they "TRY" it with one person than let everyone go get one then be asked to get rid of it because it isn't working' Personally, I believe the way management is handling it is the correct way for everyone.
To the management team: please don't be discouraged. You are doing a wonderful job!

Dear Upset,
I'm sorry you feel as though we (management) favor certain residents. Concessions are given to law enforcement, military and firefighter individuals. We are very proud of the risks they take daily for our safety and believe this is a way to say “Thank you” for all that they do to protect us. Again, I apologize if this offends you, but it is the American thing to do.
As for the dog trial, I assure you that NO ONE in management has a dog that lives here. That would be unfair and bias. We are very close to making a decision about allowing dogs and a survey will be sent out very soon to all Residents regarding their opinion before anything is permanently set into place. We pride ourselves here at Somerset in making this the very best place to call home, and by not doing proper due diligence on any of these matters wouldn't be fair to anyone.
As for parking issues, I can only say if we aren’t made aware of it, we can’t fix it. I hope you come in and share your problem with us soon, so we can correct the situation.
