My family and I were living there for about 6 months and we're so glad we left. It was terrible there! There was never any parking, we hate using their laundry facilities since they're soo outdated, and the staff... What staff' All they do is play on the internet all day and when you ask for help on any type of issue, they say they're going to be there but never do! And yes! They do have a very big rat problem there! Dont be surprised if you see them running around in corners! We now live across from them at Terra Nova since our children's school is just across the street. We love it here! We paid a little more monthly but after having a horrific experience at the other place, I would pay anything!
