Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Theres no parking available in this place..ever. So if you have no friends and family than this place is for you. Its better to just buy a bike around here. So frustrating. Crime is through the rough, during my short 6 month lease, Ive seen 1 vehicle stolen, and 4 cars that have been vandalized. Chula Vista P.D. are always patrollin around too. No problems with staff. Ohhh and the electric stoves!!!! not going anywhere'' You better grab a snickers....damn stove takes for ever to warm up! Another thing....whats with those dirt pits''
