Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
PROS:Location location location.Off of one of the South Bay's busiest streets;East "H".
24 Wash room.
Even though I don't own a large SUV or truck the spaces are big enough to support one.
The guy that fixes things is nice funny and does an excellent job!
CONS:Parking.If you have more than one car forget it.
Random dirt patches'Looks like the worlds largest litter box.
Break-Ins.We have had our car broken into 3 times in 12 months.
Laundry theft happens often.
Downstairs floods sometimes when it rains.
Too many trees and canyon in the back has dry brush.
Not enough dumpsters,fills up around 8PM!.
And what is up with the light at East "H" and Terra Nova'A 3min wait sometimes for a green light.
And most of all way overpriced(all of San Diego is though)
