You must be desperate. Its like moving into Fredricka Manor. The management sucks. The landlord is a lazy turd who does not like women and wont do a thing for you unless you pressure him. Cheap bastard too. When they fix things its always half fast. Laundry room is aways dirty, machines out of order leaking, mosquito problem, ants. The neighbors are old and they leave their apt doors open and you can smell old pee and cigerettes out their places. A lot of them are cranky, one of them takes the cake! Shes got a loose screw! Overall I hated this place. Leaving here was the best thing that ever happened to me!
