I have lived here for over three years and up until 6 months ago, really liked my apartment. I have to admit, I avoid dealing with the manager as much as possible. The manager is basically useless and rents apartments to anyone - without thinking if they are apartment material - He rented a 2 bedroom upstairs apartment to a family of 7 - and since this family moved in, quiet is nonexistent. The manager can not be bother with doing his job and accuses the other tenants of making up the complaints about the noise and fighting coming from the apartment. Because of the lay-out of the complex, the noise from these neighbors echoes throughout the complex at all hours. If you want to live where you feel comfortable and relaxed in your own home, this is not the place for you. I chose this apartment because of its location and because of how quiet and peaceful it was 3 years ago. Now, we have a different manager and I am seriously thinking of moving - for my own peace of mind. Also, we only have 2 washers in our laundry room and they are constantly broken and it takes the manager forever to get them repaired. The water is constantly being turned off for "repairs" and the manager does minial maintnenance on the grounds.
